01. Who can rent a vehicle?

To rent a vehicle, you must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years and provide a passport or national ID. If you are traveling from outside the EU, you may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP). These requirements are in place to ensure safety and compliance with insurance policies.

02. Can multiple people drive the vehicle?

Yes, you can add additional drivers to your booking. All drivers must be registered in the rental agreement and meet the same eligibility requirements. A second driver is free of charge, for additional drivers(third, forth etc.) is a small fee of €4 per day (up to €28 per rental). This ensures that all drivers are properly insured.

03. How many people can sleep in the vehicle?

The rooftop tent is perfect for 2 people. If you’re traveling as 3–4, we can provide additional sleeping options like a ground tent or a mattress inside the vehicle so everyone stays comfortable.

04. Where can I drive?

You’re free to explore all of Albania with unlimited kilometers. If you’d like to travel outside Albania, just let us know in advance so we can arrange the necessary permissions and insurance.

05. Can I drive off-road?

Yes—our vehicles are built for adventure and can handle many off-road routes like beaches and mountain roads. We just ask that you avoid extreme terrain to keep things safe and prevent damage that wouldn’t be covered by insurance, especially the undercarriage.

06. How do I book?

Booking is simple—you can reserve directly from our website, or you can contact us before hand. A 20% deposit secures your booking, and the remaining balance is paid when you pick up the vehicle.

07. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards and, in some cases, cash payments.

08. Is there a security deposit?

Yes, we require a €500 refundable deposit. It’s returned after your trip once the vehicle and equipment are checked and everything is in good condition.

09. Do I need to refuel before returning?

Yes, please return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. If it’s lower, we’ll simply charge the difference at the current fuel price.

01. What happens if something gets damaged?

We understand that small things can happen during a trip. You’re only responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear, and any charges are based on fair repair or replacement costs. We always review everything transparently with you at the end.

03. What does the insurance cover?

Depending on your selected insurance package. Third party liability insurance covers all the damages when you are not at fault, but if at fault, the insurance covers only the third party, not your own car. Partial Comprehensive insurance covers all the damages when you are not at fault, and all the damages with a 10 % of the cost deductible. Full comprehensive insurance covers both the rental car and any damage you may cause to others. Important: a police report is essential for insurance—without it, you may be held responsible even if the situation wasn’t your fault.

04. What is not covered by insurance?

Insurance doesn’t cover misuse of the vehicle, interior damage, or things like driving in unsafe conditions. The best way to stay fully covered is simply to use the vehicle responsibly.

05. When is insurance invalid?

Insurance becomes invalid in situations involving unsafe or improper use. This includes: -Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs -Allowing an unregistered driver to operate the vehicle Ignoring warnings or misusing the vehicle (e.g., water crossings, wrong fuel) -In these cases, the renter is fully responsible for any damage.

06. What happens if I return the vehicle late?

We offer a 60-minute grace period to give you flexibility. After that, late fees may apply depending on how long the delay is. If you think you’ll be late, just let us know—we’ll always try to help, if we don’t get get notified in the next 3 hours, it will be considered unauthorized use of the vehicle.

07. Where is pickup and return?

Pickup and return are typically arranged in Tirana or Tirana international Airport for convenience. We can also organize one-way rentals (for example, picking up in Tirana and returning in Saranda), but this will involve an additional fee. We recommend confirming these details in advance to ensure availability.

08. What is not allowed with the vehicle?

To ensure safety and protect the vehicle, certain uses are not permitted. These include: -Racing or competitions -Transporting illegal goods -Sub-renting the vehicle -Towing other vehicles -Extreme off-road driving (crossing flooded streets, deep rivers, places where ground clearance is clearly not enough to cross, etc.) Violating these rules may result in additional charges or loss of insurance coverage.

09. Do I need to clean the vehicle?

We take care of exterior cleaning after your trip. However, excessive mud and dirt must be removed before, so we can perform an inspection, in addition, you are expected to remove all trash and personal belongings before returning the vehicle. This helps keep the process efficient for everyone.
